A 2001, 24 episode Anime adaptation of a Japanese visual novel game released for xbox 360 in 2009, ported to pc in 2010, psp 2011 with a Ps3 port due May 2013. The series follows the exploits of a mad scientist "Rintarō Okabe" who, along with his friends reconfigure a microwave cooker to send text messages into the past, further developments allow the friends to travel between alternate worlds.
